You know the situation...
You've been trying to sell your car
but have been unsuccessful so far. You've tried all the normal sources in
newspapers, magazines and even various car
web sites, and still had no success to date.
And all this advertising is costing you a
small fortune - with no positive results!
If you have a
reasonably high specification vehicle up to 5 or 6 years old, then

independent dealers looking for prime used vehicles to fulfil their
requirements, and we know who they are.
What's the Cost?
Well, the
good news is that if you're selling your vehicle, there isn't any! Zero...
Zip... Nichts... Rien... Nada... Niente... Nothing!
Unlike most companies, we charge you nothing to sell your car on
your behalf.
If you have already advertised your car, you will have most probably been called by
numerous canvassing organisations who will offer to sell your vehicle for a fee
of around £80 to £90. They hope to sway your decision in their favour by telling you
that "...we have already identified several buyers in your area who are
ready to buy your car today......".
Unfortunately 99% of the time this is untrue so please do not be taken in by
these organisations.
More often that not they have nobody at all who is ready to buy your car, either
today or tomorrow but their sales patter can be very persuasive and is also
misleading. It is easy to be taken in by their (often) insistence that as soon
as you have paid your money, then somebody will turn up to buy your car within
24 hours. This just won't happen - but they will have your money
by then!
So how and why are we different you ask?
Well it's because we take the time to talk to you about your vehicle and go through
a comprehensive checklist to ensure that we have all the details about the
vehicle including an accurate description of its overall condition, its full
specification and options, its service history, its ownership and much, much more.
We then also carry out checks with the DVLA and also HPI the car to
confirm:
- Its authenticity
- The correct make and
model
- The year of registration
- Whether it's a UK
registered car, or whether it was registered abroad and then
imported to the UK
- The number of owners
- If there is any finance
outstanding
- If there have been any
registration plate change changes (personal plates) etc
- If the vehicle has ever
been in any accidents during its life, where an insurance
claim or insurance loss was involved
This professional and ethical approach to what
we do ensures that we find the right buyer for your vehicle as quickly as
possible, and not waste anyone's time.

And how
do we make our money?
Because we only charge our buyers! They pay us a fee for the vehicles they
source through us.
This way, we can help you (the seller) find the right buyer for
your
vehicle, at a
competitive price, and all at no cost to you!
So how does this work?
During our initial call with you, we go through the checklist about your car (as
described above).
With this information, we then compile an
advert for your car to put in front of relevant dealers who either may be
interested in your car, or who we know are already looking for such a particular
vehicle. This advert clarifies the car and the specific model, and then goes on
to detail it's age, no of owners, overall specification, maintenance service
history and overall condition including interior, exterior, wheels and tyres.
Wherever possible, we will also ask you for
digital pictures of your car, covering the interior, exterior and wheels; as
these can significantly help any potential buyer to make a decision,
particularly as they have no chance of physically seeing the car beforehand.
We then:
- Email your car's details
to our extensive dealer contact database
- Telephone individual
dealer contacts who are on our 'hit' list
- Submit your car's
details to a number of motor trade Internet web sites which
are regularly 'surfed' by dealers looking for specific cars
This allows us to bring your car to the attention
of several hundred dealers across the country within minutes, and
therefore immediately increases the likelihood of finding a
potential buyer.
If we locate an interested buyer, they will make
an 'offer' for your car, based on our advert and the car's detailed
description, and (hopefully) any pictures we have.
We will then relay this offer to you.
If acceptable, we will initiate all the relevant
paperwork and then work with you and the
buyer to agree a collection date and payment.
Dealers are normally able to collect within a few
days, and when they arrive they will inspect the vehicle to ensure
that everything is satisfactory. (This is why we take so much time
at the outset - to make sure that the car is described as accurately
as possible).
If everything is in agreement, the dealer will
hand over the payment and take the car away.
The process is that simple. And all it has cost
you is a few minutes of your time at the outset to give us all the
details of your car.
There's nothing else for you to do - and no more paying out for
adverts that are costing you a fortune!
If the car is on finance - no problem! We'll
just ask you to contact the finance company and ask for a settlement figure. The
dealer who is buying your car will pay off the balance of the finance, and
provide you with all the documentation that details this. The balance will then
be paid to you when he collects the car. Again - a simple process!
